About our products

C60 Canada products are sold as research-grade carbon-60 in carrier oils. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by Health Canada. Consult a qualified health professional before using any supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, on medication, or giving a product to a pet.

Ordering & payment

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD); no additional taxes are added at checkout.
• Payment is processed by PayPal. Your order is confirmed when payment clears.
• We may decline or refund any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, address we cannot ship to, or stock error).

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval you choose. Cancel any time before the next renewal via your PayPal account or by emailing us — cancellations take effect for the following renewal.

Returns & refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (return shipping paid by the customer). Opened consumable products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect orders: email c60canada@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days and we will make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
