Need a receipt?

There is no account to log into. Tell us which order you need and we will email you a PDF receipt showing the items, the amount paid and the payment method, ready for an insurance or expense claim.

What do you need?

It is at the top of your order confirmation email, in the form C60-0000.

For your security we only ever send a receipt to the address stored on the order, never to a different one.

Orders from our previous website

Receipts here cover orders placed on this website from August 2026 onward. The order history from our previous website did not carry over, so an older order will not be found by the form above. Reply to your original order confirmation email, or contact us with the date and roughly what you ordered, and we will look it up and send your receipt by hand.

A note on timing

Receipts are sent by email within a few minutes. If one does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us. Crypto and Interac e-Transfer orders get their receipt once we have confirmed the payment arrived.
