Where we ship

We ship worldwide from Vancouver Island, BC. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by their country, and international delivery windows are longer than domestic.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada, depending on region — please allow up to 14 business days during busy periods. International delivery varies by destination.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Shipping is carrier-calculated at checkout (Canada Post rates for your address).
• Coupon codes may provide free or discounted shipping — watch our product pages for current offers.
• If the carrier rate for your address is unusually high ($50+), a flat-rate option is offered at checkout so shipping stays affordable.

Packaging

Bottles are amber glass — orders are packed with protective wrap. C60 carrier oils are shelf-stable and ship safely year-round; just avoid leaving a delivered package in direct sun or a hot vehicle for extended periods.

Returns

See our Terms of Sale for the full returns policy. Short version: unopened products within 90 days; damaged or incorrect orders always made right — email c60canada@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery.
